Aleesha was able to make herself the top female professional bodybuilder during the latter portion of 2010. The year 1984 was the year that Aleesha was born into an athlete's family. Her father worked as a bodybuilder, the other siblings of Aleesha were also involved in games like playing ice hockey. Aleesha has played sports in the past, such as basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha earned her professional card after winning in the NPC USA Championships 2014. Her first competition was in 2008. She also participated in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and was placed 9th. Her finish was ninth in 2015. Aleesha placed 6th at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in 2015 and in 2016. Aleesha is steadily improving and, in 2019, she brought the first professional title, in the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best WOS performance came in 2020. She finished 4th. The "World's strongest mother" took a break from bodybuilding due to health reasons.
